Establishing partnerships and buy-in from local stakeholders is a critical part of achieving successful development of district heating projects. The seven local authorities within the Stratego project each organised a local event, focusing on a key part of their strategic approach to supporting development. The events also served to disseminate learning and experience from the project’s international coaching process with Morten Duedahl from the Danish Board of District Heating supporting many of the events.
