Discussing the Consultation on Heat & Energy Efficiency Strategies, and Regulation of District Heating
The public events, held over two days in Inverness and Edinburgh, brought together over 130 participants, including members of the Heat Network Partnership Practitioner Group, and other interested parties from across Scotland, to discuss proposals set out in the Consultation on Heat & Energy Efficiency Strategies, and Regulation of District Heating. It is one of a number consultations published in January 2017 on the draft Climate Change Plan which is currently under parliamentary scrutiny, the draft Energy Strategy, and Scotland’s Energy Efficiency Programme.
The workshops combined presentations with round-table discussions, drawing on the wide range of expertise at the events. This workshops focussed on the main areas of the consultation:
