District Energy Vanguards Network: Heat Networks Investment Programme and District Energy Procurement Agency

This one day Vanguards Network event is taking place in both London (26 April) and Manchester (28 April).

The morning of the workshop will be an opportunity for us to hear from – and provide feedback and suggestions on – DECC’s £300m district heating investment programme that was announced in the November Comprehensive Spending Review.

The afternoon will be about the District Energy Procurement Agency (DEPA), an OJEU compliant municipal procurement organization for products and services related to district energy, with an interactive session to discuss governance options, frameworks and scope.
